My job is to help you. So let's cut to the chase. Not only do you need the right deal, but you also need a broker that will make that deal work for you.

Let's start with the basics. Did you know that it is a violation of the Sherman Act, which was passed in 1890, for any two entities to participate in a common scheme which would result in a restriction of trade?  I.e., if any broker tells you that there is a set fee to sell your home, you need to look elsewhere. 

There are common rates charged; that cannot be denied. But there is nothing stopping me from listing your home for a 3% commission. This is free trade... let the trading begin!

Also, if you use me as your buying agent, there is nothing that prohibits me from applying a portion of my commission to your purchase price or closing costs.
